D'Afrique Fabrique Nigeria Stores ships globally to residential or addresses with a person available to receive the deliveries. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For Shipping locations outside Abuja, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s) or Order ID. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours and can be tracked directly by visiting the D'Afrique Fabrique Tracking Page.

D'Afrique Fabrique Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the local government and determined based on a combination of the country of origin or manufacturing of the goods being purchased, and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a system adopted and used by the local government.

The amount of applicable duty, tariffs and taxes will vary based on the shipment location, product ordered and the specific rates set by the local government. The delivery company’s DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). The selected shipping company will collect the amount of any applicable import duties and taxes during checkout or Upon delivery.

For Abuja and Nigeria shipment locations, a 7.5.% Sales tax is charged to shipping rates when shipping (included in the displayed shipping charges).

Undelivered packages caused by wrong addresses or locations as imputed during checkout and/or absence/unavailability of customer for pickup at the specified address, shall be re-delivered at fees charged by the delivery company.

Duties and taxes will be calculated at checkout and MUST be paid in advance (prior to leaving our facility for shipping).

D'Afrique Fabrique is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen or natural causes such as bad weather, traffic, and other force majeure. Jaybecks store shall NOT be held responsible for such delays.

All Fabrics or products will be carefully packed and shipped to You. In the event that we cannot ship your complete order, we will contact you via e-mail and/or by phone, at the e-
